Frequently asked questions

What does fulvic acid actually do?

It binds to minerals and carries them into the plant, so roots take up more of the fertilizer you already apply. It also improves nutrient movement in the soil and helps plants handle stress.

How long will one bottle last?

At 1 tsp per quart, the 8 oz bottle makes about 48 watering cans of feed. For a typical shelf of 10–15 plants fed every 1–2 weeks in season, that's several months of feeding — and the 32 oz bottle four times that.

Do I use it instead of fertilizer?

No, alongside it. Fulvic acid has no NPK of its own; it makes your regular feed more effective. Mix it into the same watering can.

How often should I use it?

Every 1–2 weeks in spring and summer and every 4 weeks in fall and winter, mixed into your normal watering. For new plantings, apply at planting and again a week or two later.

Which plants can I use it on?

Anything — vegetables, houseplants, fruit trees, lawns and hydroponics, and the rest of the garden. It is not plant-specific.

When will I see results?

Roots respond first. Within two to four weeks plants hold moisture better and recover from stress faster; visible top growth follows.
